I don’t know why but the Recording option is not available for me.
it looks like the attached screenshot
When I’m trying to click on it, I’m getting the following error:
Unable to connect to Oxygen Chrome extension.
In order to record web sites Chrome must be running and Oxygen extension for Chrome installed & enabled.
Needless to say, that the extension is installed & enabled,

Most likely the chrome extension is disabled,
make sure you enable it according to the instructions

Thanks, but it’s Installed & Enabled, i don’t know why the Recording is still disabled.

As discussed, try to install the extension again.
If that does not work, check if there are any network blocking policies that prevent working with extensions
